REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Himachali Pitara prepares and sells food products that are made and packed with care. Due to the nature of food items, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, spoiled, or incorrect, you may raise a request within 48 hours from the time of delivery. To report an issue, please contact us with clear photographs of the product and its packaging for verification.

After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Requests raised beyond the specified time period will not be eligible for consideration.
